This unique project consists of fivetownhouses, each with a different owner, designed and built at the same time. The fronts sit on St. Augustine Park with parking on Johnstown Lane. Each unit is four levels of enclosed living area, with the top level also having outdoor spaces connected between units. The exterior of each unit was designed to have its own identity and yet all units needed to tie together by using a similar pallette of material, such as stucco, painted brick, wood shingles, wood lap siding and metal roofs. Each unit also has its own unique coloring, using the earth tone range throughout.

The southern unit, lot 40-8, the Wakeham unit, also has a two level carriage house containing a two car garage and one bedroom/bath and living/kitchen unit. The others, lots 40-9 thru 40-12, have a two car parking area within the rear yard fencing. All units are four bedrooms with private baths, game/study areas, and open living/dining/kitchen areas.
