The three level, 883 sf living area, carriage house was designed for an existing cottage, on lot 13-13. The exterior materials of stucco, wood lap siding and metal roofs follow the cottage appearance. The stairs from the rear yard lead up to a wrap around balcony, overlooking the Lane.

The interior consists of a two car garage on the first floor. The family room with kitchen, bath and bunks make up the second. An interior stair leads to a bedroom loft on the third with openings to the family room below, and windows in shed dormers on three sides.
