The four bedrooms, four and a half baths, two level cottage is located on the south side of the New Urbanism community of Rosemary Beach, Florida.  The 1,994 s.f. of interior space and 704 s.f. of porches are comprised of the living/dining/kitchen area and one bedroom/bath on the first level. The second includes three bedrooms/baths an upper family area and a full length porch overlooking the pool and patio. 

The exterior is a reflection of the required caribbean style, using stucco over block for the walls and metal roof. Other features include a front stoop leading to the wood walkway, which leads directly to the beach, a full length porch on both levels at the south side, overlooking the private patio and pool. The final detail is a widow walk with a steel spiral stair from the upper balcony, which gives the homeowner a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the town center.
